Holographic Installations
Series of immersive holographic-stage installations built around the classic Pepper’s Ghost illusion with modern LED screens and projection systems.
My role was to design the technical pipeline and build the real-time rendering logic for production and previs. In 2016, I developed a Ventuz-based engine plus a user-friendly toolkit for designers that mirrored the physical setup in a virtual scene, similar in concept to later Ventuz Previz workflows and Unreal nDisplay. This allowed us to author content once in 3D and automatically output correct views for each physical screen and projection surface.
